Stephanie Birmingham is a creative doer dedicated to making New York a more equitable place for workers. She has over a decade of experience in creating and growing infrastructure at the city’s nonprofits.
Presently, she serves as the Director of Community and Operations at New York City Employment and Training Coalition, the city’s largest and oldest workforce development coalition. Prior to this, she was the Senior Membership Manager at the Whitney Museum of American Art, where she oversaw development for a high-performing membership sales team.
Recently, was a guest on various podcasts and panels, including the NYC Workforce Drop and the Grace Institute’s Moving Women Forward Conference.
Additionally, her background is in studio art, community supported agriculture and teaching.
